What a stunning necklace! A few years ago I was able to buy a strand of similar huge turquoise disks. Ever since I've been searching for more. Finally one of my suppliers offered me two strands of these disks measuring as large as 1 1/8" in diameter! I combined these disks with 7 mm turquoise beads and sterling silver findings including a toggle clasp. As the turquoise is heavy, I strung it on extra strong Tiger Tail. I think the beads are reconstituted and were selected for their good match to the turquoise disks. The necklace is a long 26" in length and the turquoise disks vary from about 5/8" to 1 1/8" in diameter.
Lots of turquoise for a very fair price!

The turquoise disks are hand polished and irregular in shape. There is a bead between the center disks that doesn't show in the image! Also, the necklace is more of a blue shade that shown.
