Here I combined seven large faceted round teardrop shaped fuschia colored candy jade beads, 8 mm fuschia beads, 4 mm opalite glass beads and a sterling silver toggle clasp. The necklace is 16 1/2" in length. The teardrop beads are about 18 x 18 x 25 mm.
Candy jade is an interesting stone made of what the Chinese refer to as "Bai Yu," or White Jade by its common name. This type of natural stone is hard and white or semi-translucent white in color. After being cut and polished, the stone goes through a complex color enhancing process, penetrating from surface to center with wonderful colors, thus their common name, Candy Jade.

The toggle clasp adds a secure closure that is easy to fasten.
