In handcrafted creating this necklace I selected bamboo branch coral beads, a sterling silver toggle clasp and sterling cones. The necklace is 18" in length with the outer two strands being slightly longer so they will drap properely, The coral varies in length from 3/16" to 13/16". The sterling cones are 5/8" in length by 6 mm in diameter. Bamboo coral has been through a color enhancing process. This process leaves the coral a deep scarlet red. Some bamboo coral will fade if exposed to heat and sunlight for extended periods of time, however, I've had strands of this branch bamboo coral on display in open air markets with no fading.
