In creating this unusal necklace I selected several kinds of amber from golden to cherry, 4 mm carnelian beads, gold-filled beads and a gold-plated magnetic clasp. The necklace is 18 1/2" in length and the amber beads vary in size and color from small golden rondelles to free-form 3/8" puffed oval cognac and cherry.

The magnetic clasp provides an easy to fasten closure.
